Train the Trainer for Smart Work Ethics

One of the foundations of SmartWorkEthics.com is to allow the Certified Trainer to recognize and respect the strengths and growth of the employee, or End User, with rewards and recognition. This, in turn, will provide the End User with success rather than failure. All exercises are conducted to be non-threatening.

Based on Workplace Essentials, a program developed by the Workforce Development Program at Boise State University, SmartWorkEthics.com has enlarged and enhanced the focus of the program to concentrate on Work Ethics in the workplace. The program has also been expanded to a new level by incorporating a participatory training style and introducing the Certified Trainer to the importance of understanding how to work with Generation Y.

This Train the Trainer workshop is offered to create an opportunity for the Corporate Trainer to address the revolving door of employee turnover and to create a stable workforce. This will help provide a stronger employee base by training employees to understand work ethic and help decrease employee turnover.
