Smart Work Ethics

Participant Package for 20 (Original Kit)

This version is developed to create an understanding of workplace ethics.  The participant is able to recognize and accept their role in the workplace.  Exercises and examples are geared to the “out of school” participant.  This is the version you want for present employees, out of work participants, re-entry participants, dropouts, GED programs, etc.

Your participants will delight in the extra attention that creates an exciting learning environment.  We send it all—so you are ready to teach day one!

We created a program with everything you need to deliver quality training.  All materials are included in our kits.  We recognize that if you have to search for items and you can’t find them, sometimes the activity does not get presented.  We have taken care of this by providing EVERYTHING you will need for each class.

• Students learn that attitude and work ethics are the foundations of responsibility

• Examples, class discussion and activities encourage the student to take ownership of their role in the workplace.

• Smart Work Ethics Participant Notebooks. The notebook becomes an ongoing reference for participants.  They will continue to use this notebook as a workplace guide.
• Smart Work Ethics Participant Package.  21 manuals and all reinforcements to conduct a complete 21 hour class for 20 participants.
