Participant Package for 12 (For Youth)

Students need to be aware of what their employers look for, look at, and measure when they hire and promote employees.  Participants will develop the skills employers want and look for in employees, allowing the student to successfully move from school to work. Exercises and examples touch on school to work concepts.

ex. absence—in school you show up the next day with a note from your parent.  This is not acceptable at work.  We take the participant through exercises to help them understand the importance of being at work and what constitutes “acceptable” absence.  (There are four—“being dead” is one of the four.)

We created a program with everything you need to deliver quality training.  All materials are included in our kits.  We recognize that if you have to search for items to use and you can’t find them, sometimes the activity does not get presented.  We have taken care of this by providing EVERYTHING you will need for each class.

• Examples, class discussion and activities encourage the student to take ownership of their role in the workplace.

• Smart Work Ethics Participant Notebooks.  The notebook becomes an ongoing reference for participants.  They will continue to use this notebook as a workplace guide.
• Smart Work Ethics Participant Package.  13 manuals and all reinforcements to conduct a complete 21 hour class for 12 participants.
