SmartWorkEthics.com is a consortium of three successful facilitators who together have created a dynamic program for professionalism in the area of workforce development, referred to as Work Ethics, sometimes called “soft skills.” Based on Workplace Essentials, a program developed by the Workforce Development Program at Boise State University, SmartWorkEthics.com has expanded and enhanced the focus of the program to concentrate on Work Ethics in the workplace. The program has also been expanded to a new level by incorporating a participatory training style and introducing the Certified Trainer to the importance of understanding how to work with Generation Y.
